You’ve seen paddleboarders, kayakers and powerboaters along the downtown St. Pete waterfront. Now get ready to see a whole new wave of people enjoying the sport of jet surfing.┬áJet Surfing Tampa Bay is bringing its zippy version of surfing to North Shore Park, as well as the Gandy Boulevard beach, the Skyway District and St. Pete Beach. Billed as a cure for “no-wave syndrome,” the boards look a bit like a motorized wakeboard. Costs vary, depending on how many in your group.
